Connect the G Band App & Pair Your Watch

Get your TG-Sense Ultra Smartwatch connected in just a few minutes.

Follow the steps below to download the G Band app, pair your watch with your phone, and start syncing your smartwatch features.

Before You Begin

For the smoothest setup experience:

  • Charge your TG-Sense Ultra before first use.
  • Keep the watch close to your smartphone.
  • Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
  • Make sure your phone has an active internet connection.
  • Allow the permissions requested by the G Band app during setup.

Some permissions are required for Bluetooth connectivity, calls, notifications, weather, data synchronization, and other connected features.

Step 1 — Download the G Band App

TG-Sense Ultra uses the G Band companion app.

iPhone

Download G Band from the Apple App Store

https://apps.apple.com/us/app/g-band/id6447599368

Android

Download G Band from Google Play

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vpgband.app

Once installed, open the G Band app.

Step 2 — Power On Your TG-Sense Ultra

Press and hold the upper side button until the watch screen turns on.

If the watch does not turn on, connect it to the supplied magnetic charging cable and allow it to charge before trying again.

Step 3 — Enable Bluetooth

Open your phone's Bluetooth settings and make sure Bluetooth is turned ON.

Keep your TG-Sense Ultra close to your phone during the pairing process.

Step 4 — Open the G Band App

Launch G Band on your smartphone.

Follow the on-screen instructions and allow the permissions requested by the app.

These permissions help G Band communicate properly with your watch.

Step 5 — Add Your TG-Sense Ultra

Inside G Band, go to:

Device → Add Device

Allow the app a few moments to search for nearby devices.

When your watch appears in the device list, select it and tap Connect.

Important

Depending on your watch version or firmware, your TG-Sense Ultra may appear in the Bluetooth/device list using an internal model name such as:

ET472
or
ET572

This is normal.

Step 6 — Confirm Pairing

Your phone may display a Bluetooth pairing request.

Tap:

Pair

or

Allow

to complete the connection.

Once successfully paired, your TG-Sense Ultra should automatically synchronize its time and date with your phone.

Your TG-Sense Ultra Is Now Connected

Once connected, G Band can synchronize supported information and settings between your smartphone and TG-Sense Ultra, including:

  • Health and wellness data
  • Activity information
  • Watch settings
  • Watch faces
  • Sleep information
  • Supported notifications
  • Connected smartwatch features

Next Step: Set Up Bluetooth Calling & Notifications

Initial app pairing connects your TG-Sense Ultra to G Band.

Having Trouble Pairing?

If your TG-Sense Ultra does not appear in G Band, try the following:

1. Check Bluetooth

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.

2. Keep the Devices Close

Place the watch close to your phone during setup.

3. Reopen G Band

Close the G Band app completely and open it again.

Then return to:

Device → Add Device

4. Restart Both Devices

Restart your TG-Sense Ultra and your smartphone, then try pairing again.

5. Check App Permissions

Make sure G Band has the Bluetooth and nearby-device permissions required by your phone.

6. Make Sure G Band Is Updated

Use the latest available version of the G Band app from the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Important Connection Tip

Always pair your TG-Sense Ultra through the G Band app first.

Do not rely only on your phone's regular Bluetooth menu for the initial smartwatch data connection.

The separate Bluetooth calling connection can be enabled after the main G Band connection is complete.
