Looking to return or exchange an item? We’ve got you covered. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so you can return any eligible product for free, within 30 days after it was delivered to you.


If your items meet the eligibility requirements, you can request:

- A refund via your original form of payment

- Exchange for a different item of the same value

Here are the eligibility requirements:

- All returns or exchanges must be in their original packaging, with tags.

- All returns or exchanges must be in brand new condition, with no signs of use or wear.

- All returns or exchanges must be received by us within 30 days of your package delivery.

Which items are eligible for return or exchange?

The process for exchanging or returning an item is simple:

- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which product you would like to return.

- Print the return shipping label that you will receive by email.

- Send the item back to us using the label provided.

You can cancel your order within the first 24 hours after it is confirmed.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
