Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.

Estimated processing and delivery times are provided for convenience and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, high-volume periods, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when available. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, as long as they meet our return requirements.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and returned with the original packaging and tags.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are automatically issued back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
