1. What exactly does TG-Shift Pro do?
TG-Shift Pro brings hands-free POV capture, ChatGPT voice assistance, AI visual recognition, real-time translation across 26 languages, open-ear audio, and Bluetooth calling into one lightweight smart frame. It is designed for travelers, commuters, creators, professionals, and anyone who wants to stay connected with fewer phone interruptions. You can capture, listen, communicate, and access supported smart help while remaining closer to the moment.
2. Can I really capture photos and video without holding my phone?
Yes. A single 8MP Sony IMX219 camera captures 8MP photos and records 1200p video at 30fps, while 3-axis EIS helps reduce distracting shake. Start a photo or video with one-touch controls or supported voice activation, store media on built-in NAND flash - typically 16GB - and transfer it through Wi-Fi to the companion app. TG-Shift Pro should not be described as a 4K video camera.
3. How do music and calls work without earbuds?
Dual AAC open-back speakers direct sound toward you for music, calls, AI responses, and translation audio while helping you remain aware of your surroundings. Dual silicon microphones use ENC and AI noise reduction to reduce distracting background sound during calls and voice commands. The result is a more natural way to listen and communicate without placing earbuds in your ears.
4. What can the AI and translation features help me do?
ChatGPT voice assistance gives you supported everyday help using your voice. AI visual recognition can help interpret objects, signs, labels, and text, while real-time translation supports conversations across 26 languages. With compatible firmware and app versions, the assistant may also respond to the wake words "Hey, Glasses" or "Hey Cyan."
5. Do the lenses show AR graphics or information in front of my eyes?
No. TG-Shift Pro does not have a verified AR display, visual HUD, projected interface, or holographic screen. Its intelligent features work through the camera, microphones, open-ear speakers, voice assistant, and companion app, giving you useful support without placing graphics in your field of view.
6. Will TG-Shift Pro work with my phone?
TG-Shift Pro supports Android 8.1 or later, iPhone 6S or newer with iOS 13 or later, and supported Huawei
HarmonyOS devices. Android location services must be enabled for required pairing and app functions.
Bluetooth 6.0 supports audio, calls, controls, and app pairing, while Wi-Fi handles media transfer and
supported live-preview functions.
7. Is setup simple, and how do I control everything?
Setup centers on the HeyCyan/CyanGlasses companion app and Bluetooth pairing with your phone. Once connected, choose the control method that suits the moment: voice, touch, physical touch buttons, or the app. The app supports device control, live preview, media management, synchronization, transfer, and sharing; automatic media pause and resume are available when supported.
8. How long does the battery last, and how quickly does it recharge?
The 290mAh battery supports up to 10 hours of music playback and calls, depending on use and operating conditions. Supported 3C fast charging provides a full recharge in approximately 70 minutes through the magnetic pogo-pin connection. Expect more than one hour of continuous heavy camera use and seven or more days of low-interaction standby.
9. Are the glasses comfortable enough for everyday wear?
At just 42g, the matte TR90 frame balances flexible construction, familiar eyewear proportions, and practical everyday durability. Its 54-22-145 sizing includes a 54mm lens width, 22mm bridge, and 145mm temples. Silver-plated brass hinges add a refined metal foundation without making the frame feel like bulky wearable technology.
10. Which lenses are included, and how durable are the glasses?
Your order includes three magnetically detachable lens sets: photochromic, blue-light-blocking, and sunglass lenses, with UV-protective lens support for outdoor use. The TR90 frame, silver-plated brass hinges, and IP67 water and dust resistance add confidence for normal daily wear, dust, and splashes. The glasses are not designed for swimming, diving, prolonged submersion, hot showers, or high-pressure water.
11. When will my order arrive, and can I track it?
TechGlobe provides free tracked shipping, with estimated delivery in 5-8 business days including processing. Once your order is dispatched, use the tracking details in your shipping confirmation to follow its progress. Delivery timing can vary slightly by destination or carrier conditions.
12. What if the glasses are not right for me or my order has a problem?
You have 30 days to request a return, and TG-Shift Pro also includes a one-year warranty. Return items unused with the original packaging, tags, accessories, gifts, and manuals; email support@techglobe.us for a prepaid return label. Approved refunds are issued 3-5 business days after inspection, and exchanges are available. If anything arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact support promptly so your order can be reviewed.
